It was my really last internship for my end of study. So I wanted it to be the most fulfilling that it could be. I had already heard about japanese people to be very conscientious at work, and I was sure that I could learn from them. So, I contacted different eZ Systems partners in Japan and Mitsue-links accepted my application.
As a trainee, I was asked to realize an internal job plateform with eZ Publish. All job was related to some technologies, stored into categories, and people was supposed to be able to look for job offers. So we could say that eZ publish was designed for it.
After this, I was asked to work with eZ Components to build a chart generator, using the Graph and MVCTools components. That was a bit complex to understand MVCTool so it was a really interesting opportunity to learn how it work and now I am able to use it thanks to this experience.

In 2007, I started to learn management and was told that I should do an internship for a summer if I wanted to reach the next level. As I was using eZ Publish for myself, I though that it would be a good idea to do this internship at eZ Systems
I was accepted and was asked to realize a demo website with eZ Publish which could be like a light clone of Youtube

- Development of a web application in PHP and MySQL to export data from a database.
My first contact with design patterns! I had to export a lot of data from a messy database... So I decided to make an object model above the relational model.
But this comes with some limitations and conception problems... Some times I had some objects instanciated several times, but thanks to "flyweight" or Iterator interface, I could meet the needs

That was my first real job. As I was skilled in programming, I was offered to work for summer on a statistical software called "Mstrat" at the INRA.
There was some bugs in this software, so I was asked to correct it. It was a bit difficult for me because MStrat is written in C language and TCL/TK, two languages that I never learnt.
